Holiday Cottages Cumbria.com is a small family run company offering 5 luxury holiday homes in 2 different areas of the English Lake District.

Four of our cottages are located in the delightfully picturesque Cartmel valley in the south lakes area of Cumbria and sleep 2 to 6 people.

Our 5^th property is a large luxurious Cumbrian country house that sleeps up to 8 people in 4 en-suite bedrooms. This stunning luxury house is located in an idyllic, secluded and peaceful setting in the north eastern Lake District National Park overlooking the tranquil Lowther Valley and is only 1 mile from Haweswater.

We pride ourselves in offering quality, traditional, charming and luxurious self-catering cottages that are ideal for couples, large & small families and groups of friends. Our cottages are all lovingly furnished, equipped and maintained to a very high standard and are often described by our many contented guests as “a real home from home”. Each cottage is immaculately presented with lots of ‘thoughtful extras’ providing luxury holiday accommodation all year round where you can spend some quality time relaxing and unwinding in front of a roaring log fire or use the cottage as a base for an adventure packed break.

Cumbria’s diverse and natural landscapes are totally unique and the Lake District boasts England’s 5 highest mountains, the deepest & largest lakes and some of northern England’s most beautiful coastline.
