4 of our properties are located in the beautiful Cartmel valley in the South Lakes area of Cumbria. These 2 & 3 bedroomed cottages sleep 2 to 6 people and vary in price to suite most budgets.

Our 5th property is a luxury 5 star country house in the Lowther Valley in the N.E. Lake District National Park. This large detached 17th century house sleeps up to 8 people in 4 en-suite bedrooms. The stunning, secluded location has amazing mountain & valley views and is just 1 mile from Haweswater.

We take huge pride in our carefully chosen selection of quality self-catering accommodation. We offer romantic cosy cottages for couples, groups of friends & small families along with charming, luxury country houses that are perfect getaways for groups of up to 8 people.

All of our properties are all fully equipped, lovingly furnished and maintained to very high standards and are often described by our valued guests as being “a real home from home”.

Many of our guests return time and time again. Some choose the same cottage for every visit and some want to try out each different cottage knowing they will always stay in a quality, well maintained clean and comfortable holiday home.

Each cottage is immaculately presented with lots of ‘thoughtful extras’ providing luxury accommodation where you can spend quality time relaxing and unwinding in front of a roaring log fire or use the cottage as a base for an adventure packed break.

4 of our luxury cottages are provided with free Wi-Fi that extends throughout the cottage and into the garden.

Unlike many agencies we do not charge booking fees nor for bed linen, towels, cots, highchairs and stairgates. Even heating & hot water are included in the price! We only charge extra for dogs, logs and credit card payments (no charge for debit card payments, we’re not like greedy airlines!)
