Morning Simon,
We had an amazing stay at Cartmel Hill. It is a beautiful house with fabulous views and perfectly located for Cartmel, especially the races.
We had two very different days at the races, a slightly wet and chilly Friday on a picnic table with our own picnic, perfectly located beside the race track.
On Sunday we spoiled ourselves and were in the paddock enclosure with lunch and afternoon tea included. With the superb weather, the day couldn’t have gone better. A very special course indeed. Everyone was very helpful when it came to parking too.
We will be back, and a little quicker this time!

We have really enjoyed our weekend at Cartmel Hill. Fabulous views, sheep & lambs in the fields and daily walks into Cartmel. We have not used the cars at all.
