Stayed with our dog and two friends at Weaver Cottage w/b 11 – 18 September. Second visit, even better than before!
Simon is an extremely helpful host.
Last word in comfort and facilities – two bedrooms downstairs is a real bonus if you can’t manage the stairs. Another big plus is the private driveway – a rare thing for a self-catering cottage in Cartmel.
Also excellent location – just a five minute walk into the centre, eg Rogan&Co and four pubs (Cavendish is our favourite). In fact, Pig & Whistle is even closer, though never actually been there.
Strongly recommend Weavers Cottage – though not too strongly as we want to make sure it’s not booked when we wish to return!
