A 30% booking deposit is required at checkout. The remaining balance is due before your arrival date. If your booking is less than 2 months away you will need to pay in full when booking.

The final payment is due 2 months before your arrival date.

We accept major debit/credit cards with the exception of American Express and Diners Card. We don’t accept business credit cards.

A ‘booking fee of 1.5% is added to every booking. Optional extras such as pets or logs for the real fire carry small fees, which are clearly listed before checkout. All bookings are subject to a £250 damage deposit that is refunded within 7 days of your departure if our ‘terms and conditions‘ are met.
