Prices vary by season, property size, demand and length of stay. Peak weeks will usually have higher rates.

A 30% booking deposit is required at checkout. The remaining balance is due before your arrival date. If your booking is less than 2 months away you will need to pay in full when booking.

The final payment is due 2 months before your arrival date.

We accept major debit/credit cards with the exception of American Express and Diners Card. We don’t accept business credit cards.

A ‘booking fee of 1.5% is added to every booking. Optional extras such as pets or logs for the real fire carry small fees, which are clearly listed before checkout. All bookings are subject to a £250 damage deposit that is refunded within 7 days of your departure if our ‘terms and conditions‘ are met.

Yes. Transfers are permitted as long as updated guest details are provided before arrival. The guests that you transfer the booking to will need to agree to our ‘terms and conditions

We offer a ‘cancellation insurance’ called X-Cover. This can either be added to your booking when you make your booking or anytime up until you make the final payment.
