Hardcragg Hall sleeps up to 14 in 7 bedrooms and has 6 bathrooms. The luxurious accommodation affords its guests the chance to luxuriate in a very relaxing and sumptuous environment, yet at the same time also provides an ideal country house for group functions and events. Many of the rooms have sea views and the delightful grounds are fully enclosed and secured by electric gates.
The entire property is heated throughout by gas central heating.
Ground Floor
The large oak panelled entrance hall has 2 large, leather Chesterfield sofas, a roaring log fire and has doors that lead to the breakfast room, drawing room and inner hallway. The large oak stairway leads upstairs to the 7 bedrooms.

The Oak panelled breakfast room and bar area has a feature fireplace dated 1666 and antique spice cupboard. The room has a large breakfast table and chairs and a wonderful curved bar area, ideal for entertaining. A large oak panel opens up into the drawing room and can be closed off to provide privacy.

The part oak panelled large drawing room has a conservatory area with bay windows and stunning views looking out to sea and the distant mountains. This is a lovely place to sit and unwind with a good book. There is a huge fireplace with a large cast iron gas fired stove, TV, DVD, video and occasional tables.

From the drawing room the doors open into the inner hallway, with window seating and a cloakroom with hand basin and toilet. The hallway opens out into the library and joins through to the kitchen.

The magnificent light and airy farmhouse style kitchen has recently been equipped and decorated to an exceptionally high standard and provides excellent facilities for catering for large groups. A brand new 4 oven Aga gives you the opportunity to add that unique Aga taste to your cooking. The excellently designed centre console has a 5 burner gas hob and on the other side of the kitchen is a conventional Rangemaster double oven. The kitchen is equipped with the highest quality crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans. There is also a built in large microwave, huge fridge and dishwasher. Through into the Utility Room you will find the washing machine, tumble drier and freezer. This room has plenty of storage and drying space.

The double kitchen doors conveniently open up into the oak panelled dinning room. Here you will find a large oak table and chairs for 16 people, huge inglenook fireplace and gas fire. The dinning room also has doors leading into the snug lounge area and another door leading through to the entrance hall.

The snug lounge area has a feature carved oak mantelpiece and large fireplace with a cast iron stove, TV, DVD and video. The patio doors lead to one the outside dining terraces and the garden.

First Floor
Bedroom 1 has a King size bed with en-suite shower, hand basin, W.C. and sea views.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed, en-suite shower, hand basin and W.C. and sea views.
Bedroom 3 is a large twin bedded room with 2 large windows and sea views, en-suite shower and bathroom, hand basin and W.C.
Bedroom 4 is the king size four poster bedroom, a big favourite for the romantics! En-suite shower, hand basin, W.C. and sea views too.
Bedroom 5 has a double bed and en-suite shower, hand basin and W.C.
Bedroom 6 is quietly tucked away at the back of the house and has twin beds.
Bedroom 7 has a double bed and hand wash basin and is located next to the main house bathroom with views over the gardens and pond.
Main House Bathroom
With bath, shower cubicle, hand basin and W.C.
Outside
There are two outside dining patio areas to enjoy the far reaching sea and Bay views over Morecambe Bay and beyond. A large gas barbecue is provided for guest use.
